Michael L. Finney, President & CEO

• Since Mr. Finney started MG Force in March of 2000, the business has established a reputation for not only providing new innovative natural ingredient solutions but also as a focused market investigative tool for large multi-national companies to assess opportunities without adding new in-house resourses.

• Before starting MG Force, Mr. Finney held various executive leadership positions in the specialty chemical industry such as: President & CEO of Larex, Inc., a start-up company that extracted a water soluble polymer from Larch trees and led the establishment of a "green field" manufacutring site and the development of over $7M revenue in a 3 year period and Business Director at Rhone-Poulenc, Inc., a top 10 world chemical manufacturer, responsible for annual sales of $70M in oil field chemicals.

• Mr. Finney's over 40 years experience spans the use of specialty chemical ingredients in such applications as animal feed, cosmetics, dietary supplements, explosives, food, industrial additives, pharma ingredients and textile chemicals with the following companies: Alcolac Surfactants, Celanese Water Soluble Polymers, Larex, Rossville Yarn Processing and Rhone-Poulenc.

• Mr. Finney has extensive experience with natural ingredients, including technical innovations, holds three patents and direct involvement in new product launches accounting for over $15M annual new business.

• Mr. Finney graduated from the University of Chattanooga with a B.A. in Chemistry and has belonged to the American Association Textile Chemists and Colorists, Society of Cosmetic Chemists and the Institute of Food Technology.    

Glenda M. Finney, Vice President & CFO

• Previously Mrs. Finney was Manager of Customer Planning & Support Services for Rhone Poulenc, Inc.  She was responsible for directing the efforts of 40 personnel meeting the customer service needs of a $450 million revenue specialty chemicals business.

• Mrs. Finney’s responsibilities included reengineering the customer service processes and setting up metrics to measure the performance of the group’s processes.

• Mrs. Finney has also held positions of Total Quality Mgr and Sr. Product Safety Mgr.  These roles included training over 900 employees in process improvement and administering/controlling safety/regulatory affairs, as well as negotiating reduced settlements with the EPA and managing a major specialty chemicals process improvement program.

• Mrs. Finney’s 20 year work experience was derived from companies such as Rhone Poulenc, Inc., Alcolac Surfactants, Hi-Tek Polymers and Celanese Water Soluble Polymers.  She received Business Administration training from Jefferson Community College and an Associate Degree in Business Law at Spencerian College.

MG Force was founded to be a boutique marketing & commercial development business to meet the specialty chemical market needs not being serviced by the large corporate entities. MG Force is focused on the rapid growth area of natural ingredinets and the markets they serve such as personal care products, food, animal nutrition, nutraceuticals, textiles and cleaning products. MG Force provides assistance to small companies that limited resources and large corporations that are not ready to allocate resources to evaluate market opportunities or commercialize new specialty ingredients. MG Force also connects consumer product manufacturers with innovative ingredient solutions for product improvement or new product concepts. MG Force is able to move quickly and interact globally with its well established allied network to provide the most efficient solutions for its clients.

MG Force has succcessfully commercialized, provided ingredient solutions and assited in market investigation for small and large companies for over 10 years. Examples of services provided are as follows: the development of a unique natural suspension system to solve a specific liquid delivery system; Assist in commercialization of a new natural hydrocolloid technology for use in food, animal feed, personal care and industrial applications and the commercialization of a new natural extract for use in nutraceutical and cosmeceutical applications.

MG Force has provided services to such clients as Aveda, Bayer, Acatris, Hindustan Gum, Aubrey Organics, Marianna Industries and Land O'Lakes.
